1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Rewards Finder. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Rewards Finder ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the Rewards Finder mobile application ("App") and related services ("Services").

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Rewards Finder is a mobile application that helps users discover rewards programs, loyalty programs, and cashback opportunities based on their spending patterns. The App provides:

• Analysis of uploaded bank statements and financial documents
• Identification of merchants and spending categories
• Recommendations for rewards programs matched to your spending
• Estimated potential savings calculations
• Links to enroll in recommended programs

The App processes your financial documents locally on your device. We do not store your bank statements or transaction data on our servers.

3. Eligibility

To use the App, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Not be prohibited from using the App under applicable laws
• Have a compatible Apple device running a supported version of iOS

By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements.

4. Your Account

The App does not require you to create an account to use basic features. However, certain features may require an Apple ID for subscription management.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your device and Apple ID
• All activities that occur through your use of the App
• Ensuring your device meets the minimum requirements for the App

5. Subscriptions and Billing

5.1 Free and Premium Tiers

The App offers both free and premium subscription tiers. The free tier provides limited functionality, while the premium tier ("Rewards Finder Premium") unlocks full access to all features.

5.2 Subscription Terms

• Billing: Premium subscriptions are billed monthly through Apple's App Store
• Price: Current pricing is displayed in the App and may vary by region
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Payment: Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase

5.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to premium features until the end of your paid period.

5.4 Refunds

All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store. Refund requests must be submitted to Apple in accordance with their refund policies. We do not have the ability to process refunds directly.

5.5 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription prices. Any price changes will be communicated in advance and will apply to the next billing cycle after the change.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Upload fraudulent, falsified, or manipulated documents
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Circumvent any security features or access restrictions
• Use the App to commit fraud or misrepresent your identity
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Use automated systems or bots to access the App
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others

6.1 Rate Limits

The App may impose limits on the number of analyses you can perform within a given period. These limits are designed to ensure fair usage and optimal performance for all users.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Our Rights

The App, including its design, features, code, content, trademarks, and all related intellectual property, is owned by Rewards Finder or its licensors. All rights are reserved.

7.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

7.3 Your Content

You retain ownership of any documents you upload to the App. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to process your documents solely for the purpose of providing the Services. This license terminates when your analysis session ends.

7.4 Feedback

If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the App, you grant us the right to use such feedback without any obligation to you.

8. Disclaimers

8.1 "As Is" Basis

THE APP AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8.2 No Financial Advice

The App provides informational recommendations only and does not constitute financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Savings estimates are approximations based on typical program benefits and your spending patterns. Actual savings may vary.

8.3 Third-Party Programs

We do not control or guarantee the availability, terms, or benefits of third-party rewards programs. Program terms may change without notice. Always verify program details directly with the provider before enrolling.

8.4 Accuracy

While we strive for accuracy, we do not warrant that the App's analysis, recommendations, or savings estimates are error-free or complete. The App may not identify all available rewards programs.

8.5 Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the App. The App may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:

• MY CALL BAG LLC, REWARDS FINDER, ITS DEVELOPERS, AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP
• WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL LIABILITY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES
• WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR RELIANCE ON THE APP'S RECOMMENDATIONS, SAVINGS ESTIMATES, OR ANY INFORMATION PROVIDED
• WE ASSUME NO LIABILITY FOR ANY DECISIONS YOU MAKE BASED ON INFORMATION FROM THE APP
• IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED ZERO DOLLARS ($0)

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THE APP IS PROVIDED FREE OF CHARGE OR FOR A NOMINAL SUBSCRIPTION FEE, AND THAT THIS LIMITATION OF LIABILITY IS A FUNDAMENTAL TERM OF THIS AGREEMENT. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you. In such cases, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. Indemnification

YOU AGREE TO FULLY INDEMNIFY, DEFEND, AND HOLD COMPLETELY HARMLESS My Call Bag LLC, Rewards Finder, its developers, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, and fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees and court costs) arising out of or relating to:

• Your access to or use of the App
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations
• Your violation of any rights of any third party
• Any content, documents, or data you upload, submit, or transmit through the App
• Any actions you take based on information or recommendations from the App
• Any third-party claims related to your use of the App

This indemnification obligation shall survive the termination of these Terms and your use of the App. We reserve the right, at our own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, and you agree to cooperate with our defense of such claims.

11. Termination

11.1 By You

You may stop using the App at any time. To fully terminate, cancel any active subscriptions and delete the App from your device.

11.2 By Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Reasons for termination may include:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Abusive behavior
• Extended periods of inactivity
• Discontinuation of the App

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, and Indemnification) shall survive.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

12.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12.2 Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

12.3 Class Action Waiver

YOU AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEEDINGS WILL BE CONDUCTED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes:

• We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page
• For material changes, we will provide notice through the App
• Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms

We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

14. General Provisions

14.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Rewards Finder regarding the App.

14.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

14.3 Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

14.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.

14.5 Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure to perform due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, or internet outages.
